Each arrow on the map indicates a previous update, with the arrow pointing in the direction the vessel was heading at the time. Think of it as a trail left behind by the vessel. Updates vary in interval depending on the programming of the equipment on board the vessel. It may be a fixed interval or may vary depending on the speed of the vessel. In this case the interval is 30 minutes.

The present screens have been selected as we think they best show the vessels in relation to their working areas. If you would like the screen view changed, or more screens added, please let us know. It is possible to have as many different screens as you like.

Possible options are:

• Zoom In to show more detail.
• Zoom Out to show a larger area.
• Insert features such as pipelines, survey runlines, coastal details, photo overlays, etc.
